When will my furniture be sent?

Your order is sent to Nomad Furniture within one business day.  

Standard Shipping leaves the warehouse in four weeks from the time of receiving your order. 

Standard Rush Two Week Shipping orders leave the warehouse in two weeks time.

Double Rush One Week Shipping orders leave the warehouse in 7 business days. 

Shipments are made on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  

Packages are sent FedEx Ground. You will be sent tracking so you know when to expect your order. 

Can I return my furniture?  

Our strongest desire is that you are satisfied with your furniture.  Buyer's Remorse is not fun for you or for us. 

If there is something structurally amiss with your furniture, under Nomad's Warranty, your part will be replaced up to five years. 

We give you lots of information on our website, and we are available by phone for all questions before you purchase.  There are tons of testimonials, and if we can help in any way before you purchase, we are here.  Dave Cady over there at Nomad Furniture is also available to talk with directly.  

If you are absolutely unhappy with your purchase, Nomad Furniture will take it back.  You would be responsible for the return shipping.  Your refund  will be issued when our account has been credited minus our shipping cost to you, restocking fees and any damaged part. 

Are there any Discounts?

We hope you find that we do offer the lowest prices on the internet. Please contact us to see if there are any further discount coupons available.  Custom Option Fees are never discounted.  

How do I place a custom order? 

Please do contact us to customize your order.  We can discuss your needs over the phone and work up a quote for you.  We can take your credit card over the phone and place your order for you, OR send you an invoice so you can pay with your credit card or PayPal Account.  It is all pretty easy and we love talking to our customers so you get exactly what you desire.
