Two Great ways to STOP Sugar Cravings

Like many out there, I love my sweet treats.  Here is some valuable information to stop the sugar cravings, enjoy your treats, and get off SUGAR.  

1)  Use natural sweeteners, and guess what, it is not maple syrup or honey.  

2)  Use low Carb flours like shredded coconut or Almond Meal.
